Paying for your membership
When you apply for membership you will be required to pay an annual subscription by Paypal or by cheque made payable to Irish Women In Business. Membership subscriptions will be due on the first of April for that year. If the bank returns a failed payment on your account, we will email you about this failure and the reason for this. If payment is not received within 7 days your profile and directory details will be removed from the website.
Cancelling your annual subscription does not mean you have given us notice to end your m embership. Ending Your Me mbers hip, you must give us a mo nth s notice in writing. Cancelling your subscription will result in your profile & directory listing being removed from the site.
Ending Your Membership
Initial for notice period
You may end your membership at any time by giving us a months notice. Your notice period will begin from the first of the month after we have received your notice. We will confirm we have received the notice and the date you want to end your membership within 10 days of receiving your letter or email. If you do not receive confirmation within 10 days, you must immediately let IWIB know. It is your responsibility to make sure that we have received your notice.
We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, any membership, at our sole discretion, memb ers hip fee is non re fundable . We will also have the right to refuse access to any member or prevent any member at any time from using the site, in our sole discretion.
We may end this agreement if
• you seriously or repeatedly break the forum rules or membership agreement and you do not or cannot put it right within 7 days of us mailing you about it.
• you use rude or abusive language or threaten or use violent behaviour on the site/forum or act in a way which disturbs the enjoyment of the website by other members.
Members & Sponsors obligations
By joining this program you agree to promote the community and IWIB website. This participation doesn't entitle you to represent IWIB or the community but only to recommend it to potential members. Your participation implies that you will act as a responsible person promoting the community by various means, exclusively legal. Neither spam actions nor any fraudulent attempts will be tolerated. You agree to use only legitimate means for promoting the community and to not interfere or damage the activity of the website.
General
We reserve the right not to accept any application for membership. In such cases the relevant fees may be returned as soon as practicably possible, and we need give no reasons for non acceptance. By using IWIB site & forum you are acknowledging and agreeing to the above membership agreement.
