I’ve been working since 1983 with individuals & communities to ignite their passion, purpose and direction.

There are 3 words that underpin everything I create - Beautiful + Practical + Affordable

I have been a dynamic force within Ireland’s non-profit, arts and women’s sectors in the past two decades, working to empower communities, groups and individuals with a unique, and fun, blend of focused strategic planning and decision making.

I have led projects for clients such as Depaul Ireland, Arts Councils of Ireland, Failte Ireland, Dublin City Council, HSE, St Vincent de Paul, Leitrim County Enterprise Board, Consumer Association Ireland, Wexford Women’s Network, Dublin Fringe Festival, Queens University and Limerick University.

Prior to moving to Ireland in 1993 I worked for 10 years in West Australia in pioneering positions involving economic and community development across the state.

What has made these projects such great successes is a system of enquiry and clarification that I have been developing for nearly 30 years, based on classic and contemporary management, decision making and psychological theory, along with a good dose of real-world empathy and understanding.

‘’Liz has developed startling strategies that have impacted upon the attitudes, knowledge and skills of entire sectors. Liz develops collaborative relationships with those she works with. Her zeal and imagination for her work knows no bounds.’’
Tony Duffin. Director Ana Liffey Drug Project. Dublin. Ireland.

Currently I am working on 2 completely different businesses that both have a core passion to help people build their own sense of power and competence.

1. Site Design in 4 Hours

I work with you to design and build your site in 4 hours. It’s not a miracle and it is totally possible.

The majority of my clients are women running small businesses. I want to help you build a site without paying thousands of euro and give you the skills to update your site yourself.

If you’re a small business you need a professional online presence to promote your service offerings.

I will show you how to register a domain name with Wordpress.com and we will design and build your site together in 4 hours.

The session is completely customised to your needs and I give you an extra 2 hours support after the session via email and/or Skype.

No coding needed.

At the end of the session you will also know how to upload images and insert text to keep your site up to date. I also link your site to any of your social media [Facebook Page; Twitter; Linked In] and can insert Contact Forms as well as videos.

A one off investment of 300 euro will make it happen. Check my site [made it in a few hours using wordpress] for more details and contact me for a session.

http://sitedesignin1day.wordpress.com/

2. Life Dreaming

Life Dreaming has been at the core of all the work I do in some form or another.

It’s all about deciding what’s important in your life right now and mapping a path to make it happen.

I’ve been working with my brother Marc to create the Life Dreaming Expedition - an 8 module online guidebook packed with vids, mp3’s and gorgeous activity sheets and templates.

The Expedition takes you from the dream to reality with a series of activities that you can do anytime.

If you feel stuck in the day to day detail and really want to get your head above the trenches - if you have a dream but aren’t sure of how to reality test, resource and plan it - then Life Dreaming is for you.

If you’ve had a dream for a while and all the inner chatter is driving you crazy then Life Dreaming is definitely for you!!

I’ve been using the activities and templates to map my dream of moving back to Australia by the end of 2012 and they have been amazingly helpful in teasing out all the details while keeping in mind my big picture.

We’ll be launching a pilot of the Life Dreaming Expedition soon at a low price so we can get feedback on it all.

We thought a thread in response to those thinking of joining our community would be beneficial. I encourage our members to advise potential members why they joined and the benefits. Here is why WE think you should join.

- IWIB is excellent value compared to similar sites.

- IWIB is an investment in yourself and your business. Average 500+ hits per day.

- IWIB allows you to network & share resources, we are all “open for business on IWIB”

- IWIB is committed to investing your membership fee into promoting the community in the media, online and broadsheets.

- IWIB is committed to organising networking events e.g Breakfast Briefing, 14th May, Social Media For Business - 26th May, 5 Min Marketing 24th June, Grow & Develop Your Business 28th July FREE to IWIB members.

- IWIB has no google ads or spammers on site. Every business is vetted to ensure it is a viable business and can contribute to the community.

Here are some places we have promoted the site and it’s members. More people will know about you, your services and your business simply by becoming a member.
